Josh Smith of No Worries Recon and his team performed work for me in 2013 over a period of months.  They removed very old carpeting throughout a house built in  1983 and installed hardwood flooring in the living room, kitchen, and three bedrooms, as well as putting ceramic tile in two bathrooms and a laundry room.  I cannot say enough good things about their work!  They were very professional, worked with me on a difficult schedule as I was often gone, and did an amazing job from start to finish.  The hardwood floors are so beautiful and easy to care for, and the tile is exactly how I envisioned it would look.  They had to put in sub-flooring throughout once the carpeting was removed, and all was handled efficiently and cheerfully.  I can wholeheartedly recommend them as being honest, fair, hardworking and pleasant -- in addition to the finished product being exceptional!  I only wish I had more remodeling to be done so that I could have them back!”

Josh did high-quality work from start to finish.  We wanted to get most of the work done in a tight schedule between closing on our house and having to move into the house a week later, and he worked tirelessly (even late into the evening) to get it finished for us.  In addition, he found other little things about the house he could improve (like fixing a door that didn't close seamlessly, adding a baseboard to a small portion of the wall where it was missing, etc.) and did it without extra charge.  He was polite and well-mannered and made it clear that if we weren't satisfied, he would do whatever he needed to until we were satisfied.  His prices were also extremely reasonable.  We were especially pleased with how our floors look--he took a very beat-up 14-year-old floor and made it look brand new!  We couldn't believe the transformation.  We would recommend Josh to anyone.

I highly recommend No Worries Recon!!!!!! I purchased a home in the Orem area that was a complete disaster! It had an extreme amount of damage from the previous owner and their pets. No worries was an awesome recommendation. They came in and completely removed the carpet/padding, several layers of linoleum, Sub floor, base boards, trim, stairs and pet stained/water damaged drywall. They were extremely efficient and did the job quick. Everything was completely replaced. They installed and finished a beautiful white oak floor with chestnut finish throughout the whole upstairs, A groutless diagonal travertine floor with bullets in the kitchen, trim and baseboards throughout the whole house and handcrafted new stairs. I was very impressed by their efficiency and quality of work!!

One of our biggest worries in refinishing our floors was how long we would need to be out of the house.  I work from home, so it was particularly important that I was out of the house for a minimal amount of time.  Josh spent a lot of time helping us understand our flooring options and the wait times that would be necessary.  Once we made our decision, Josh did everything to ensure that the work was done quickly.  Not only were we pleased with his professionalism, but also with the quality of his work.  He accommodated our tight timetable and our floors look beautiful!
